Delhi Wine Shop: Long queues for liquor, crowds uncontrolled, then police closed shops

In the third phase of the lockdown

In the third phase of the lockdown, all liquor shops opened in Delhi including the entire country today, however, thanks to increasing crowd outside and violation of social distance rules, the police had to shut the liquor shops.
People had gathered outside the liquor shop since morning knowing that the shop was closed for quite a month. because of overcrowding, shops opened for a few times only.
The police initially appealed to the people to follow the principles but when the people didn't agree, the police used mild force to disperse the group and closed the liquor shops. at present, all liquor shops within the city are closed and police forces are stationed outside them.

Laxmi Nagar area of Delhi

The alcohol shop in Laxmi Nagar area of Delhi became so crowded that the police had to use force to get rid of the group. Police were stationed ahead of the liquor shop, while people waited for the shop to open. The police chased the gang several times, but people are still standing outside the alcohol shop.

In Karol Bagh

The SHO of Karol Bagh said that people weren't following social distancing, so we closed liquor shops.

After quite a month, liquor shops opened today, which saw a crowd of hundreds. People are standing in queues since morning looking forward to their turn. Some people said that very expensive liquor is being found in Haryana at this point, so that they are buying it from here. A customer told the press agency ANI in Karol Bagh that, in Haryana itself, liquor is getting so expensive, what should we do. The quarter which was available for Rs 30 is now available for Rs 300. it's better to tax here and drink it from here.

Do you think wine shop opening in Lockdown is the right decision?

My Personal Opinion-

No, this is not the right decision by the Government of India. During lockdown all work are close no one is earning at that time people use their saving and If wive shop is opening it will affect their savings and We don't have any idea how far lockdown will go on.
